Cancellation of booking can be made prior to the time of journey. There will be no cancellation (zero) charges if cancellation is made within the stipulated time prescribed by 24 Hours Cab for all services.
Please Note: A charge may be levied for cancellation of the trip if a guest is a no-show or cancels the trip within 4 hours of the reporting time. In such cases, the amount submitted to us as an advance will not be refunded.
